In 1970, Porsche formed a partnership with Arova to produced the 212 Skibob. A skibob is best described as a cross between a bicycle or scooter and skis. The user sits atop the skibob, and using the handlebars and leaning they steer themselves down the slope.
It is believed that just a few hundred were made and ever fewer survive today making the Arova-Porsche 212 Skibob an incredibly rare site on the piste.
