The LP640-4 marked a significant mid-life refresh for Lamborghini’s Murciélago flagship. An extra 300 cc took displacement of the atmospheric V-12 up to 6.5 litres, which returned some 640 horsepower. That allowed the corresponding Roadster, introduced for the 2007 model year, to launch to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds before achieving a 336 km/h top speed.
The example offered here wears Bianco Isis paintwork over an interior trimmed in quilted Avorio Lilium leather—complemented by black hide on the dashboard top plus carbon fibre trim. The Murciélago was delivered new via Switzerland, with its handover date noted as 9 March 2010, and supplied by Lamborghini St. Gallen. The car’s first owner is listed as Lamborghini Service Ried in Austria, who likely acquired the Murciélago for stock, while entries in the service book from official marque dealers in St. Gallen and Zurich suggest that the car returned to Switzerland and stayed in the country between 2011 and 2019.
Notably, in June 2025 the Lamborghini was submitted to Super Garage of Munich for an engine service, a replacement clutch, and an overhaul of the automated-manual gearbox. The supporting invoice (available to view on file) totals €24,085. Supplied with its owner’s guides, the LP640-4 displayed 23,203 kilometres at the time of cataloguing.
